Greetings!
Just a reminder Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held 3:30 -7 p.m., Monday, March 8, and 3:30-6 p.m., Tuesday, March 9.
For spring 2021, we are doing in-person conferences, virtual conferences, or telephone conferences. So we know which option you desire, please indicate your choice when filling in your name in a text box labeled "special request": i.e. Jon Smith - in person; or Jon Smith - Virtual' or Jon Smith-phone call - 701-123-4567 in the special request tab next to the appointment. I have provided a screen shot below.
If you select the virtual option, the teacher you have scheduled to see will create a zoom link for you to use at the designated conference time you select.
If you select the in-person option, the conference will be held with the teacher in his/her classroom, and for safety reasons we ask all people to wear masks and for children to stay at home.
If you select the telephone option, the teacher will call you at the telephone number you provide when signing up.
The website address to sign up for conferences is https://ptcfast.com/schools/Turtle_Lake_Mercer
