On January 11th, 2025, Turtle Lake-Mercer School will host Snowball from 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM. This event is open to students in grades 7-12 from Turtle Lake-Mercer, Underwood, and McClusky-Goodrich Schools.

Home Alone 2 for the elementary this afternoon!
Turtle Lake - Mercer will be 2 hours late on Thursday, December 19th. With the snow and blowing, roads are covered with some heavy drifting. We want to give everyone time to clean out and let our bus routes go out in the daylight. There will be no breakfast and no PreK. Staff report at 10:00, doors open at 10:00, class begins at 10:30.
Congratulations to the following students who completed the reindeer game and guessed all staff 100% . We put together a fun board of staff eyes on reindeer. Spreading Christmas Cheer!
The TL-M Honor Society is wrapping up their food drive, but there's still time to get nonperishable food items turned in! All food items will be donated to the Lord's Pantry. Tomorrow is the last day to bring items! The class with the most items wins a hot cocoa party!

Christmas break is upon us, and we at TLM wanted to send out a friendly reminder on dates. Friday, December 20, school will be dismissed at 1:00 pm. We will see you back on Thursday, January 2. We wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Yesterday some of our high schoolers help assemble bike for the All Kids Bike program. The kindergarteners will be learning to ride bike when we return for semester 2!
The 8th graders have been busy in the shop making bird houses! Be sure to ask the students about what tools and techniques they used.
Kindergarten along with some high school helpers made gingerbread houses today! Questions to ask:

2.What was your favorite candy to add to your house?
7th Grade FACS Class made breakfast bagel sandwiches in lab this week. They first made homemade bagels yesterday and then cooked egg, ham and cheese to add to the inside today. A couple of questions for these students are:
How did you make the bagels?
What ingredients did you use to make the bagels?
What kitchen equipment did you use for this lab?
What did you have on your sandwich?
How did this lab go?
Would you do this at home?
The FFA Pizza order came in today. People who ordered pizzas can expect to get a delivery from an FFA member soon.
The FFA Fruit Order will arrive on the morning of Monday, December 16th. Pickup for fruit for FFA members will happen from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM on Monday, December 16th.
Tonight is the night! Elementary program starts at 6:15 followed by the 7-12 program at 7:30. Come join the TL-M Music Department for an evening of Christmas cheer! See you there!
