ND Farmers Union Insurance Agent, Logan Staigle, spoke to the seniors in Career Math class.
Some questions to ask are:
1. What math do you use in the Insurance Occupation?
2. What college classes and degree are helpful?
3. What is the Law of Averages?


Today is the last day of after school tutoring for the year. There will be no more tutoring after Monday, April 19.

We are adding a jamboree to the elementary volleyball schedule due to some missed games. The jamboree is Saturday, April 23rd. TLMM’s first match is at 2:00.

Hello TL-M Families! Just wanting to give everyone an update in order for you to plan as best as you can for the coming weather. We will be making a call by 5:00 today for school on Tuesday, April 12th. We are hoping this will give families enough time to plan. Turtle Lake - Mercer School District covers a large area, right about 530 square miles, so please keep that in mind when a decision is made regarding the weather. Hello! My name is Maria Wirtz, I am excited to be teaching 2nd grade next year! I graduated from the University of Mary, double majoring in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. This spring, I student taught in Kindergarten and 2nd grade at the Turtle Lake-Mercer School. I am passionate about teaching children and making memorable learning experiences with them!
I grew up in Underwood, North Dakota. I enjoy staying active and busy. Some of my favorite things to do are travel, spend time with family, and do recreational sports. In August of 2022, Tanner Freeman and I will be getting married, so I will be Mrs. Freeman!


Hello! My name is Ms. Kailee Klein. I am a recent graduate from the University of Mary with a bachelor's degree in music education.
I am originally from Wahpeton, ND. Music has been a passion of mine since 3rd grade when I started playing piano. In middle school, I started playing the clarinet and never stopped. I am also passionate about choir, musical theatre, dance, and above all, my students. I strive to provide a positive environment where every student feels successful. I am excited to start my journey as a music teacher at Turtle Lake - Mercer where I can inspire all ages of students through music!
When I am not busy playing music, you can find me with my family and friends. I enjoy the summer and spending my time outside in the sun. I like to camp, go for walks, and be on the water. During the winter I enjoy getting cozy and watching movies, doing puzzles, and playing games.
