Third grade had such a fun day at Dakota Zoo. It was a little cools to start but ended up being a beautiful day! The animals were out and active. Big thanks to Jill Britton, Kayla Ebach, Amber Kinn, Nadine Hagen, and Ashley Brown for hanging out with us today. Also a big thanks to Deb and Rhonda for packing and sending yummy sack lunches. We enjoyed them in the park!!
Eckroth Music is hosting 1 Hour Power Camps for beginning ukelele players of all ages and guitar effects and pedalboard setup for all ages and skill levels. Check out the poster for more information.
4th grade visited the capital, Heritage Center and Fort Mandan

Today the 6th graders played Battleship to practice graphing ordered pairs. Ask these students: How do you know which coordinate is first? How many quadrants are on the coordinate plane?

Tonight we gathered at Turtle Lake Baptist Church for the Class of 2023's baccalaureate. We hope you join them on Sunday, May 28th at 2:00 for their graduation at the Ed Rath Auditorium! Congratulations to these seven seniors, we are proud of you!
7th Annual Hatchery Fun Day is at the Garrison Dam National Fish Hatchery on May 27th, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Face Painting, Little Tykes Trout Pond, Turtle Touch Tank, Rock Painting, Junior Ranger Class, Science Experiments.
Hatchery Tour Guides available. Admission is Free!
The Elementary Track Meet in Underwood has been cancelled due to the smoke/poor air quality. The kids will be arriving back at school after they get their treats!

Reminder that Elementary Track and Field is in Underwood tomorrow (May 17th) for grades 4, 5, and 6. A couple items to consider for tomorrow: sunscreen, bug spray, running shoes, shorts, and water bottle.
