Yesterday, all students in grades K-12 got together at the end of the day for a Christmas connections activity. They spent time just getting to know each other a little better while participating in various activities.

Christmas Cornhole for the 7th-12th graders today!
Today the PreK - 6th grade got to watch the movie Leo in the gym, wear their favorite pjs, and enjoy popcorn from special Christmas popcorn boxes!
Mrs. Christensen's Pre-K had a day full of reindeer games. They made headbands, played ‘pin the nose on the reindeer’, and practiced smaller and bigger with dice. You can play at home! Two people take turns roll ing a die to find out whose number is bigger and whose is smaller.
Over the past couple of days, 8th grade FACS has competed in a chili cook off competition. They started by finding recipes to use, shopping for their groceries, made their chili, and were judged on who had the best chili. A couple of questions for these students are: What was your chili recipe? Who won? What chili did you like the best?
Mrs. Freeman's 2nd graders had a special pilot on their flight today! Jay Schlafmann came and flew their plane! He answered many of our pilot questions and even gave us a pin! ✈️

Today, the 5th grade created a "Be The Light" tree with Mrs. Slavik. Students put a variety of sayings on light bulbs to help the whole school find their motivation to finish out the school year strong! Questions to ask your students:
