The Cultures & Cuisines FACS class kicked off their cooking units by cooking southern USA dishes. Some questions to ask these students are what dishes did you make? How did you make them? What was your favorite part of these labs?

Thanks to Lani Schafer for delivering Teacher Survival Kits from Dakota West Credit Union. The gift bags have some great items for a teacher's desk. P.S. If the Snickers bars are missing, it wasn't the principal!

It's been a great first day of school so far! Thank you students and teachers for Making IT Count today!

Another example of the generosity of our supportive community! Thank you CHI Hospital staff for your donation of supplies and snacks for our TL-M teachers and students!!

TL-M had a GREAT day of professional learning today! Dr. Brenda Tufte from University of Mary was on site talking about Collective Teacher Efficacy and how we can continually work to improve our current teaching practices! Thank you, TL-M teachers, for your engagement in today's learning!

A BIG shout out to TruCommunity Bank for holding their annual school supply drive. Kristen with TruCommunity Bank dropped off a generous donation of school supplies. Thank you for supporting our school!
PARENTS if you are in need of school supplies this year for your student(s), please stop by the supply table and grab what you need during back to school open house Monday, August 19 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

Thank you to Faith Hahn and her grandsons who donated snacks to the elementary classrooms through Thrivent Financial. Without our great community, our school wouldn't be the same. Thank you for your generosity!

Attention parents of students with food allergies. The school needs to have the attached form on file with the kitchen and office, this needs to be signed by the child's doctor stating their food allergy. Please return this by the first day of school. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please reference the picture to visualize our plans for drop-off and pick-up this year. The biggest thing we are trying to avoid is school buses and cars trying to get through the same spot. Thank you for your understanding.
