Today the 6th graders held their 2nd annual K-5 field day! The 6th graders planned and organized today's activities for the elementary students to participate in! Some of the games they came up with were Water Roulette, Capture the Flag, Marshmallow Towers, Trivia Trouble, Pass the Water, and Hungry Hippo Towel Pull! Ask your student about what game they enjoyed the most. Thank you, Mrs. Schumann and the 6th graders for a fun day!

We are continuing to implement Apptegy Rooms. Parents and guardians that have not paired with their student will receive email reminders tomorrow. Our plan is to continue with a soft rollout this school year to allow some familiarity with the platform and with a full implementation at the start of the 2024-2025 school year. Please contact Mr. Ziebarth if you have any questions or are running into any issues.

Yesterday, the third graders visited the Garrison Fish Hatchery. During the field trip, students had the opportunity to interact with various aquatic species, including touching fish, feeding trout, and gaining knowledge on identifying and engaging with painted turtles. Questions to ask a third grader 1. What is the endangered fish species in North Dakota? 2. How did you identify the name of your painted turtle? 3. Where does the fish hatchery receive all the water for their ponds/tanks?
